The graphics ARE what sells a nice webpage, I think. HOWEVER I do not rely on the artwork alone to make money - it has to be designed as a webpage, and coded (about 90% of the work). But to net-newbies, it is the beauty of the first impression that sells them. That's why I would LOVE to have your permission to use your beautiful kits. I think that I could sell lots of blog templates if I had some of this gorgeous stuff in the header or someplace.
BUT, I would (hopefully) make MONEY, and this leaves the TOU somewhat fuzzy in my mind. I'm not "Sharing or selling the elements" but I am selling the final product (art included - but "flattened" so that it is not steal-able). And I'm NOT "claiming as my own" but I AM claiming the blog template as mine.
Does anyone have any ideas/ suggestions for me?

Cathy...hmmm you may want to check Digishoptalk.com....I know they have a forum that is set aside for those that would be scrap for hire.... I would think you would fall into this place if you are designing headers/webpages off of these products...
If not you may be running into CU kits/elements..in that case you would need to contact the designer to buy a special license and get permission.. HTH! _________________ Jill---
